กสทช. ได้ดำเนินการแจก คูปองส่วนลดในการซื้ออุปกรณ์รับสัญญาณดิจิตอลทีวี 690 บาท ไปยังผู้ที่มีเจ้าบ้านใน 21 จังหวัด ตั้งแต่วันที่ 10 ตุลาคม ที่ผ่านมา และมาถึงช่วงนี้ก็เข้าสู่เริ่มการใช้คูปองในการซื้อ อุปกรณ์รับสัญญาณดิจิตอลทีวีแล้ว โดยเฉพาะตัว Set Top Box เป็นอุปกรณ์สำคัญที่จะทำให้ทีวีธรรมดาของท่าน รับชมดิจิตอลทีวีได้ สำหรับผู้ที่ยังไม่ได้คูปองทั้งๆที่มีเจ้าบ้านอยู่ตามที่ กสทช.กำหนดแล้ว จะตามหาว่า คูปอง 690 บาทอยู่ไหน ต้องทำอย่างไร สามารถตรวจสอบได้โดยทำตามขั้นตอนดังนี้

ขั้นตอนแรก เตรียมสมุดทะเบียนบ้าน หารหัสประจำบ้าน 11 หลัก จดไว้ในกระดาษ

จากนั้นโทรไปที่ ศูนย์รับเรื่องร้องเรียน กสทช. โทร 1200 แล้วกด 8

จะเข้าสู่ระบบอัตโนมัติของ 1200 จากนั้นให้กดรหัสประจำบ้าน 11 หลัก จากทะเบียนบ้าน แล้วตามด้วยกด #

ระบบจะแจ้งรหัส RU ให้คุณจดรหัส RU ไว้ แล้วนำไปตรวจสอบที่เว็บไซต์ ไปรษณีย์ไทย http://track.thailandpost.co.th/ ซึ่งเว็บไซต์ไปรษณีย์ไทยจะแสดงสถานะว่าคูปองอยู่ที่ไหน ส่งถึงมือหรือยัง ?

ทั้งนี้เงื่อนไขในการแจกคูปองล็อตแรกต้องอยู่ในคุณสมบัติ 3 ข้อดังนี้

1. มีเจ้าบ้าน และอาศัยอยู่ในบ้านในกลุ่ม 21 จังหวัดนำร่องที่ได้รับแจกเป็นลอตแรก ได้แก่ กรุงเทพมหานคร นนทบุรี นครปฐม ปทุมธานี สมุทรปราการ สมุทรสาคร พระนครศรีอยุธยา สิงห์บุรี อ่างทอง ระยอง สุพรรณบุรี หนองคาย สุโขทัย อุดรธานี ฉะเชิงเทรา สมุทรสงคราม พัทลุง สงขลา นครนายก ราชบุรี ชัยนาท
2. บ้านที่อยู่มีฐานข้อมูลอยู่ในทะเบียนราษฎร์ของกรมการปกครองกระทรวงมหาดไทย และที่สำคัญ ต้องมีชื่อผู้เป็น “เจ้าบ้าน” ในทะเบียนราษฎร์ด้วย หากมีแต่ทะเบียนบ้าน มีผู้อาศัย แต่ไม่มีชื่อคนเป็นเจ้าบ้าน ก็จะไม่ได้รับแจกคูปองในปีนี้
3. ทะเบียนบ้านของเราต้องปรากฏชื่อเจ้าบ้านเรียบร้อยตั้งแต่ช่วงวันที่ 8 กันยายน หากเลยกำหนด เวลาโทรเช็คกับทาง CALL CENTER 1200 จะได้รับแจ้งว่าไม่พบข้อมูลของบ้านนั้น
